Recipe: Mediterranean Tuna Wrap

I got this amazingly easy recipe from OneHundredDollarsaMonth.com because food that burns more calories to make than the calories actually in the dish is just not worth it. Here's the original post.
Mediterranean Tuna Wrap

Ingredients:

  • 1 small can tuna fish. I used tuna in oil.
  • 1 flavored tortilla
  • Some fresh baby spinach leaves
  • 2 tablespoons feta cheese
  • 8-10 cucumber slices. (Not a cucumber fan so I left these out).
  • 3 tablespoons of chopped roasted red peppers
  • 2 oil packed, sun dried tomatoes, cut into strips
  • 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinaigrette

Step 1: Lay out la tortilla and just kinda place things how you think you'll like it.

A quick note: I played around with this recipe a little and found that canned chicken breast is a nice replacement if tuna is just not up your ally. So, like always, don't be afraid to get funky with your ingredients if a sudden burst of creativity demands that you do so.
